She has more than 12 years of experience in strategic consulting, working with companies of the technology and communications sector, in Europe, Asia, Latin America. During this years, she has led multiple strategic projects, growth, operational improvement, organizational design and digitalization. These include extensive experience in simplification, operational efficiency and digitaltransformation with numerous projects in Europe and Latin America. Prior to her arrival at Oliver Wyman, Miriam worked at the Telecommunications and Innovation consulting firm Europraxis (now Minsait). She has a degree inbusiness administration from the University of the Basque Country (Bilbao), as well as an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa.
