Miguel Yagüe is a Partner of Financial Services, at Madrid's office

Since year 2000, Miguel managed a wide range of projects related to strategy, finances and risk management for regulators and leading international financial entities, mostly in Spain, through Europe and Latin America. These projects involved different areas of business transformation and the risk management model, transforming the financial planning of various entities, defining risk appetite and risk management frameworks, developing portfolio management tools and defining restructuring/balance sheet management strategies. Holds a Bachelors’ degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona, awarded with “Extraordinary Study Prize”. In addition, he holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance from Centro de Estudios Monetarios y Financieros, which is the foundation of the Bank of Spain. Nevertheless, he co-authored books such as “31 Claves Para La Gestión de Riesgos en Entidades Bancarias” (Colegio de Economistas de Madrid, 2015) and written a diverse range of articles related to Finance and Risk published in revistas especializadas como “Risk Magazine” or “Estabilidad Financiera”.
